Poldark Season 4 may have only just been released but fans are eagerly anticipating the fifth season. When will Poldark Season 5 be available on Amazon Prime Video as part of your membership?

Despite Poldark Season 4 only just being released on Amazon Prime Video, eyes are on when the fifth season will be available. While it will be on PBS Masterpiece soon – or, at least, it should – fans want to watch it with their Prime membership. When will Poldark Season 5 be on Amazon Prime Video?

It takes about six months from the season finale for the show to be available for free through your Prime membership (you can always watch on PBS Masterpiece with Amazon Channels until then). In the last few years, Amazon adds the newest season of the series to Prime Video in May, which was also the case for Season 4 just this year.

There are high chances that the same pattern will follow. That’s presuming PBS Masterpiece airs Season 5 between September and November of this year like usual. There’s still no release date for Poldark Season 5. If that release gets pushed back, we could see the release on Prime Video pushed back. I’ll update you all if that happens.

Poldark Season 5 is set to be the final season. That makes sense since the first three seasons followed the first six books in the series and the fourth season was focused on Book 7. From Book 8, the storyline moves onto the children more than Ross, Demelza, George, and the others. The fifth season is likely to tell the story between Books 7 and 8, which sees a time jump.
