Alex Rider is one of 5 titles to watch on Amazon Prime Video this week

We’re starting a new week. November is looking as a good month for new content on Amazon Prime Video, and this week is no exception.

Five new titles are joining Amazon Prime Video throughout the month, with two of them new Amazon Originals. The bad news is that you have to wait until the end of the week for the majority of the content.

Remember, you still have this Friday’s drops to get through. Wayne Season 1 is one of the most talked-about new shows on Amazon, but you don’t want to miss out on Ferro and El Presidente.

But what about this week? Here are the five titles to watch on Amazon Prime Video between Nov. 9 and 13.

Two movies dropping during the week

More from Amazon

During the week, there are two movies joining Amazon Prime Video. They’re both “older” movies, especially compared to the TV shows dropping at the end of the week.

Tonight You’re Mine is the first, dropping on Nov. 11. Natalie Tena and Luke Treadway play two squabbling musicians. They’re supposed to play at a music festival, but things aren’t looking good. So, a preacher decides to take the unorthodox route of handcuffing them together to work through their differences.

Ludacris stars in The Ride, which is available on Amazon Prime Video on Nov. 13. The movie follows a young man who overcomes abuse in his childhood to become a BMX champion. It’s all thanks to his interracial foster family that helps him find love and learn important lessons about life. While the foster care system can be broken, it’s still important to tell these positive and inspirational stories.

Three TV shows on Amazon Prime Video at the end of the week

On Nov. 13, three TV shows are arriving. The first is the ninth season of American Horror Story. All episodes of 1984 will drop, bringing us plenty of homages to old-school slasher movies. It connects back to the first season and the fifth season with the way ghosts are dealt with.

The other two shows are Amazon Originals. Alex Rider will drop its first season. It’s actually an IMDb TV Original with Amazon airing it since Amazon owns IMDb. The series follows the second book in Anthony Horowitz’s story, Point Blanc. Alex has to join a boarding school and take on a new identity while being the world’s best teenage spy.

James May has a new series. This unscripted program is called James May: Oh Cook, and it’s for all those who watch cooking programs only to think they have no chance of copying anything. James May is a novice like the rest of us but he travels the world and finds ways to recreate all the best dishes with items we can find in our kitchen.

Next. 25 Prime Originals you need to watch right now. dark
