What time is Utopia streaming on Amazon Prime Video?

All eight episodes of Utopia Season 1 will be available on Amazon Prime Video

Are you ready for a new Amazon Original series? Of course you are, especially if you want a comedy-drama series. The great news is there’s one on the way. Utopia Season 1 is available at the end of the week.

What time can you start streaming Utopia? Most global Amazon Originals drop at midnight GMT. That means an earlier release is possible in the United States. While the official release date is Friday, Sept. 25, we’re looking at a release possibly happening the day before.

Keep an eye out for the episodes to drop at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT on Thursday, Sept. 24. There’s no guarantee of this, but there is a good chance. The Boys Season 2 has been dropping earlier than expected.

Don’t worry about weekly releases of Utopia

Unlike The Boys, there won’t be weekly releases of Utopia. The whole first season will drop at once, so you can put your pitchforks down. The Boys showrunner, Eric Kripke, shared that the decision to air weekly was a creative one from him and the rest of his team. It’s not surprising then that Utopia is getting the more traditional Amazon release.

There is a lot of violence in the show, though. If you’re used to watching The Boys, you’ll be fine. If you don’t like the superhero show for the violence, well, you’re probably not going to want to watch this one. Just check out the uncensored trailer below to get an idea of what to expect.

Utopia is based on the British series of the same name. It follows a ragtag group of people who are coming together to protect the world. They all have one thing in common: they’ve seen Utopia, an underground cult comic that could propheize the end of the world. Of course, everyone who believes in it wants their hands on it, and some to destroy it.
