The Boys Season 2: Who is Victoria Neuman?
Victoria Neuman isn’t technically in The Boys graphic novels
We have had the chance to see Claudia Doumit as Victoria Neuman in The Boys Season 2. It’s clear this character is going to become much bigger in the series, so we need to turn to the graphic novels to get an idea of what to expect.
Sadly, the graphic novels aren’t going to help that much. Technically, Doumit’s Victoria Neuman isn’t in the books. This is another gender swap for the series, and it looks like the overall storyline is being changed.

In the graphic novels, we meet Victor K. Neuman, the former CEO of Vought and a parody of George W. Bush. He is also the former Vice President of the United States, nicknamed “Vic the Veep” for this reason. While perverted, he is also easy to manipulate, so it makes sense why he would be a puppet for Vought.
He eventually becomes the President of the United States in the graphic novels. However, Homelander doesn’t allow that to last for too long when an army of Supes attacks Washington, D.C.
Who will Victoria Neuman become?
It’s clear that Victoria is in politics. She’s a councilwoman, and she is completely against Supes. Well, she’s against them being in the United States Army.
There is clearly some sort of backstory to this. Has she been hurt by Supes in the past? What was her family life like?
So far, we know nothing about her life, but we do know that she is the one rallying the people against the Supes. This could cause trouble for her if Homelander and Stormfront decide to take the fight to her. Are they willing to kill the councilwoman when everyone would likely know it’s them?
It looks like Victoria may want to advance in her political career. This could lead to her becoming the Veep like her male counterpart in the graphic novels. The difference is she’s not easy to manipulate.
Can we trust her? The jury is out on that one.
