Poor, Nick! The scarred nurse continues to torture him on Absentia Season 3, Episode 5. Can he tell what’s real and what’s not or will he give everything away?
We last left Nick facing Alice. We were just as shocked as him. After all, Alice is dead. We all know that. Nick knows that.

The problem for Nick right now is he’s heavily medicated. This is psychological torture, using memories of Alice as a way to get information about the files Kai stole. As “Alice” tries to get answers, many of Nick’s demons turn up.
Nick blames himself for Emily being missing for all those years. He blames himself for not realizing Alice was up to something and then her subsequent death. This is a man who takes things hard when he fails, and he fears he’s going to fail Kai.
We know that Nick couldn’t have done anything. He didn’t fail Emily or anyone else. I just hope he doesn’t blame himself for Kai when he finds out what’s happened to her. Emily already blames herself.
Who did Emily call?
The last we saw of Emily, she’d made a secret phone call and then got in a car with Dawkins. Well, we catch up with her on a flight to Berlin. She’s promising the files for Nick. But when Dawkins checks the files and sees there’s a password needed, he’s not too happy.
Emily is smart. The password isn’t for him but his boss. And nobody is getting it until she gets Nick.
On the way to Dawkins’s boss, the car is hijacked. Emily is kidnapped with Dawkins and his driver knocked out. These are the people who Emily called. Well, Emily called Rowena, who sent her guys to stage the kidnapping. It won’t be long until Dawkins realizes that Emily wasn’t actually kidnapped, but they have some time right now.
That time is enough for Emily to get into a party, which is a fundraiser for an organization called Border Outreach. This organization apparently helps to reduce homelessness in Europe. By stealing organs and sending these homeless people elsewhere, maybe?
Emily doesn’t stick around for the pitch. See, she’d put a tracked in the copy of the files she gave Dawkins. She’s after where that has ended up, which is some greenhouse room in the house. This room has shipment information, which includes Jericho. It’s a place, by the way.
Crowne needs to find the mole
While all this happens on Absentia Season 3, Episode 5, Crowne is on the hunt for the mole. He calls in Agent Thompson to go through the entire list of people who would have had access and time to get Emily’s Quantico files. There’s only one reason he can trust Thompson…she’s new and wasn’t around at the time.
Crowne wants her to investigate everyone on the list, including Gunnarson. And if she feels better about it, she can look into him, too. Would he send someone in on himself?
Meanwhile, Cal has got the go-ahead from Gunnarson to head to Europe to talk to one of his contacts. There are a few things he and this contact share about Meridian, and it sounds like they were forced to work for the organization for a while. There’s some trauma of what happened, which would suggest Cal wants to take Meridian down.
He gets a location on Emily. Now the two are back together, and it just seems too obvious for Cal to be the mole. I want him to just have his own agenda to bring down Meridian.
