What time is Troop Zero on Amazon Prime Video?

The start of the year is often a slow time for movies, but that’s not the case for Amazon. Troop Zero is a great feel-good movie with a beautiful underdog story. You’ll get to stream it at the end of the week, but what time will it be available on Amazon Prime Video?
As Troop Zero is an Amazon Original movie, it is possible that it will be available a little sooner than slated. While it’s supposed to be online on Jan. 17, Amazon Originals tend to drop at midnight GMT, which means as early as 4 p.m. PT on Jan. 16. For those on the East Coast, we’re looking at about 7 p.m. on Jan. 16.

This isn’t always the case but has happened more often than not in recent years. If Troop Zero is available on Jan. 16, it will be available by midnight on Jan. 17 in all respective time zones.
The movie is a sweet underdog tale that will have you laughing from start to finish. It’s all about a young girl who just wants to communicate with those out in the universe. When there’s a chance to work with NASA, she chooses to put together a ragtag team to compete. It’s not going to be easy and many of them don’t get along, but they’ll soon form a bond that will last a lifetime.
McKenna Grace stars as the young Christmas Flint, who believes aliens are out there. Viola Davis, Allison Janney, and Jim Gaffigan also star in the heartfelt comedy. It already holds a 75% score on Rotten Tomatoes from critics after its premiere at the Sundance Film Festival.
