Will The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel be renewed for Season 4?
The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel has only just released Season 3, but we’re already done and want more. Will Amazon Prime renew the series for a fourth season?
When network TV goes on a break, we have so much more time for streaming platforms. It’s no wonder some of the best shows are released on Amazon Prime Video in December. The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 3 became our weekend binge-watch, and now we just need more.
Unlike last season, we’re going into this season without any indication of a future. Before the second season, Amazon renewed the 1950s-set comedy ahead of time. That meant the production to go straight into filming and we didn’t have to wait for the third season for too long. But we’ve come into Season 3 with no knowledge of the fourth season.

Does this mean that there won’t be The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 4? Well, not exactly. What it means right now is that Amazon is waiting for you. The company wants to know that this is a show you want, and that means binge-watching it right away, getting your friends to binge-watch it, and watching it all over again.
Of course, critical success will also be a good thing. The show will likely gain some Emmy and Golden Globe nominations for another excellent season, and Amazon will want to keep that up!
The good news is that back in 2017, creators Amy Sherman-Palladino and Dan Palladino made it clear that they have stories. They at least want The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel to get to the fifth season, so there are high hopes that we’ll at least get Season 4. The two know how they want Midge’s story to end, and it really is only just getting started. What they don’t know is how many seasons it will take.
So, they’ll at least have a season to pitch to Amazon. Hopefully, we’ll hear by the end of the year if there’s going to be a fourth season. We think the show should be renewed!
