There’s a new tech thriller series on its way to Amazon Prime Video. The first trailer for The Feed has been released to glimpse at what to expect.

Amazon Prime has a new tech thriller series on its way. Released in November, it’s time for The Feed, and the first trailer has now been released.

If tech thrillers are your thing, then you’ll definitely want to check this out. Those who loved Netflix’s Sense8 will see some similarities. The idea is that everyone in the world is connected by the same form of technology. Great, right?

Think again! Technology can be the greatest and most dangerous thing in the entire universe, and that’s something The Feed will show you within the trailer.

Amazon’s synopsis for the series isn’t too much to go on. All we know is that a man invents an implant to connect everyone. People are able to share their thoughts and emotions with the people they care about. However, the wrong person gets that technology and suddenly the users start to become murderous versions of themselves, unable to control their actions.

The family of the inventor is driven apart by the actions of those using the technology. However, can each person stay together for the sake of the human race? It doesn’t help that Tom, the son of the inventor, feels the need to keep his wife and baby daughter safe from the dangerous creation.

The Feed has already premiered in the United Kingdom. It’s an Amazon Prime Original in the United States and will be released on Nov. 22, 2019. Check out the trailer for The Feed below:

The series certainly has a high profile cast. Harry Potter‘s David Thewlis plays Lawrence, the creator of the technology. Game of Thrones‘ Michelle Fairley plays his wife Meredith, who is the CEO of the company. Guy Burnet plays Tom, while Nina Toussaint-White, Jeremy Neumark Jones, Osy Ikhile, and Jing Lusi also star.
