SDCC 2019: The Boys panel time, streaming info, and more
The Boys takes to the stage at SDCC 2019 later today. Don’t miss a beat with all the information you need, including timing and streaming from home.
San Diego Comic-Con 2019 kicked off yesterday for Amazon with Undone. Today it’s all about two highly anticipated dramas, The Boys and Carnival Row. Don’t miss a beat of the Karl Urban and Antony Starr-led hero-with-a-twist series. Here’s all you need to catch The Boys at SDCC 2019.
When and how to watch
For those at SDCC, you’ll want to head to Ballroom 20 for the panel. It starts at 3:30 p.m. local time, with Carnival Row following off the back of it. You’re in for a wild ride!

If you’re “watching” from home, then you’ll need to be ready for 3:30 p.m. PT/6:30 p.m. ET. Make sure you’re on Twitter, following #SDCC2019 and #TheBoys. Those are the hashtags people in the panel will likely be using, and look out for those with @SDCC in their Twitter username.
There won’t be any live streaming footage from the con itself. San Diego Comic-Con doesn’t stream for those who can’t make it. However, many fans will be taking photos (and some possible videos) of the panel. There will also be plenty of written tweets to let you know what’s happening.
What to expect at The Boys panel
It’s hard to say what’s likely to happen at the panel. With the show premiering in a week, it’s highly possible that there will be a screening of the pilot episode. That would leave about 15 to 20 minutes for questions, which could be enough.
TVLine says that “Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Jessie T. Usher, Laz Alonso, Chace Crawford, Tomer Capon, Karen Fukuhara and Elisabeth Shue” are expected from the cast. Eric Kripke and Seth Rogen are expected from the EPs. Will there be enough time to get through questions for all?
If there’s no screening then there’s a chance we’ll get some clips from the first episode. Maybe there will be some character-focused exclusive sneak peeks. Look out on Amazon Adviser on Saturday for our spoiler-free review of the series once the screener embargo lifts!
And check back with us after the panel. We’ll offer a roundup of the important bits of information.
