Undone at SDCC 2019: Everything we know so far

Undone is one of the newest Amazon Originals with a panel at SDCC 2019. Here’s everything we know so far about the panel and what we could expect.

There are a few new shows heading to San Diego Comic-Con 2019. Amazon is bringing three (not including The Expanse, which isn’t technically a new series despite being a new Amazon Original) and Undone is one of those on the list of SDCC 2019 attendees. It’s time to delve into everything we know so far.

Out of the shows at SDCC from Amazon, this is likely the least profiled one. Being an adult animated dramedy, that’s not all that surprising. They tend to have a smaller audience — although certainly loyal — and often get the least amount of promotion because the cost tends to be lower compared to some of the big dramas.

However, it’s going to be at SDCC 2019 in force. Here’s all you need to know about Undone at SDCC this year.

• When: Thursday, July 18
• Time: 1:45 p.m.
• Where: Indigo Ballroom

The panel members haven’t been named yet. Usually, we can expect the main stars and showrunners to be there, as a way to share a little about the show. If that’s the case, we’ll likely see Rosa Salazar (Alita: Battle Angel) and Bob Odenkirk (Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul) as they’re the two main voices for the series.

There are a number of EPs connected to the series, so there could be one or two or all five of them. That will depend on schedules elsewhere.

As for what to expect, that’s going to depend on how much has already been created. We’ve recently had a teaser trailer for the series, so we could see a full trailer for Undone to give us an idea of what to expect. A sneak peek is also possible.

It doesn’t have a release date yet. It’s highly possible that the date will be given during the panel. If not a date, we may get an announcement of the month it will be released.

For those who don’t know, the series follows Alma, who is in a near fatal car accident. As she discovers a new relationship with time, she goes on a journey to find out more about her father’s death.
