Amazon Prime Video is adding some excellent content in May and throughout the summer. We were reminded of that during the week through Amazon Videos. Whether you’re looking forward to Good Omens or can’t wait for The Boys, here’s a look at Apr. 15-21 in Amazon Videos.
The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel: Susie
It all started with a look back at some of the best Susie burns on The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 2. And yes, they are certainly some excellent moments. The video dropped as Sterling K. Brown shared that he would appear on the third season, exciting This Is Us fans and more.

That wasn’t all that came from The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel during the week. We got some exclusive fashion tips and incurred the wrath of Abe Weissman. This was definitely a good week for fans of the dramedy.

What we don’t have is a release date for the third season yet. Expect it to be towards the end of 2019 or maybe the very beginning of 2020 depending on how filming and post-production goes.

Guava Island screening videos and more
Last week, Guava Island dropped on Amazon Prime Video and there were a few Amazon Videos shared. Those videos continued this week, with the release of the screening event at Coachella, which Donald Glover attended to promote the movie.
There was also a clip of Glover and Rhianna in the movie. This is a chance to listen to Glover’s amazing voice, along with his sexy dance moves.
Good Omens behind the scenes and lullabies
If it’s Good Omens you’re most interested in, you’re in look. There were two Amazon videos shared last week. One of those was a lullaby trailer, which gives another look at what to expect in the upcoming Prime Original.
However, it’s going to be the behind the scenes video that you want to watch. There are comments from stars David Tennant and Michael Sheen and from executive producer and novel author Neil Gaiman. Some of the other stars also share what they love about the series.
Good Omens will be released on Amazon Prime Video on May 31. With the star-studded cast that also includes Benedict Cumberbatch as the voice of Satan, you’re not going to want to miss it.

Jack Ryan and Homecoming clips from the episodes
If you’re still to watch Jack Ryan and Homecoming, Amazon released some clips to wet your appetite. There are two from the John Krasinski series, with the first being the garden party where he gets to meet the brilliant Cathy Mueller. The second clip, which is below, involves Jack and Hanin. Jack makes a promise to Hanin that he certainly doesn’t intent on breaking.
As for Homecoming, it’s a clip with Julia Roberts, who isn’t returning for the second season. It’s the point that Heidi starts realizing there are some gaps in her memory. Is she able to fill in all the blanks and just why are there some gaps?
You can watch Jack Ryan and Homecoming’s first seasons on Amazon Prime Video right now. The second seasons of both are going to be available on Prime Video later this year.
The Boys Season 1 trailer…finally!
Of course, you’ll know from earlier this week that the trailer for The Boys was finally released. There was also a release date, which is certainly something that everyone loves. You can check out the trailer here.
