Good Omens has released a new teaser trailer and buried somewhere deep inside is a tease of the official Good Omens release date.

One of the most anticipated TV series on its way to Amazon Prime Video is Good Omens. Based on the work by Neil Gaiman and Sir Terry Pratchett, everybody is asking the same question. When will Good Omens be released on Amazon Prime Video?

The question looks to have been answered in a way. A new teaser trailer for the upcoming Prime Original series has been released and in that, the release date was teased.

Neil Gaiman himself has actually commented on this, so you know it’s fairly legit. The only problem is, nobody has managed to nail it down. Or if someone has managed to work it out, nobody is confirming it.

The most promising theory is spring this year. With “The world will end this spring” appearing in the text of the video being the major clue.  When exactly in spring is up for debate.

Amusingly some fans have getting a little but political and linked Good Omens to Brexit. So suggesting March 29 is when the world will end and when Good Omens will arrive.

Politics aside however it is possible the Prime Original could arrive on March 29. New titles normally drop on a Friday, which March 29 is. It is also the last Friday of the month so its also possible the network could be going out with a bang by dropping the series then.

As soon as we have a release date for the series, we’ll bring it to you. Follow Amazon Adviser on Twitter to stay up to date with the latest news.
