A rundown of what you can watch on Amazon Prime Video this weekend

The weekend is becoming a good time to catch up on everything you missed during the week on Amazon Prime Video and more. There’s very little heading to streaming services from Sept. 19 to 20.

However, while there’s little new on the streaming services during the week, there’s still plenty to watch. We’re looking at Amazon Prime Video and some of the Amazon Channels options.

Amazon Prime Video’s releases during the week

Between Sept. 14 and 18, there were five new releases on Amazon Prime Video. This is the perfect time to watch them if you haven’t had the chance already.

Of course, The Boys Season 2, Episode 5 was the big one you picked right away. You also likely followed it up with Prime Rewind: Inside the Boys to get the extra details about the episode.

If you’re looking for a movie or two, Gemini Man is available to stream. You’ll also want to tun into All In: The Fight for Democracy, which is an important documentary in the lead-up to the November Presidential Elections.

Blackbird is something worth watching for those who like the more bittersweet movies. It’s about a woman suffering from a terminal illness who just wants her family to be back together for one last time before she dies.

Amazon Channels offerings this weekend

HBO and STARZ are the two popular Amazon Channels, and they both have something to watch. The Invisible Man drops on HBO on Sept. 19. The horror movie stars Elisabeth Moss as a woman who thinks her life with her abusive husband is over when he goes missing. What if he just turned invisible instead?

If you’re looking for new episodes of great TV shows, The Third Day‘s premiere episode dropped on Monday, Sept. 14. You can also watch a new episode of Lovecraft Country on Sunday, Sept. 20.

STARZ has a new episode of Power Book II: Ghost on Sept. 20. Looper dropped during the week for those who love a time-traveling movie.

If you missed The Witch on Netflix, SHOWTIME is the Amazon Channel you want to get. It was released on SHOWTIME on Sept. 17. Liam Hemsworth and Amber Heard star in Paranoia, dropping on the streamer tomorrow.
