3 Amazon Originals coming to Amazon Prime Video this week
Jim Gaffigan’s comedy special is among the Amazon Prime Video arrivals
We’ve got three new Amazon Originals heading to Amazon Prime Video this week. Other than that, July 20-24 is quiet for new releases.
The great news is that the three originals offer something for everyone. There’s a movie that’s focused on one of the greatest women in science, a comedy special, and something for the preschool kids (and their parents!).
Of course, there’s still Absentia Season 3 if you’re still working your way through the show.
Radioactive
The first Amazon Original on the list is a biopic looking at Marie Curie. She’s a woman ahead of her time, in a world where science is dictated by men who still think the world is flat. After she finds a new material, she needs to prove that it’s beneficial for all.
Marie Curie was the first woman to get a Nobel Prize. This is her story, along with the story of how she met and worked with her progressive and supportive husband.
You can watch the movie on July 24.

It’s not clear just how many episodes are arriving. However, it’s going to be enough to stop the insanity of the same episodes playing over and over again! Well, for a few days at the very least!
If You Give a Mouse a Cookie is coming to Amazon Prime Video on July 24.
Jim Gaffigan: The Pale Tourist
Jim Gaffigan is back and this time, he’s taking his comedy around the world. The Pale Tourist brings us some of the best moments from his tours.
Each episode is dedicated to the country he’s visiting. He makes sure his jokes are aimed for the people he’s entertaining, which is something all comedians try to do but not all manage it as well as Gaffigan does.
You can check out the comedy special on July 24.
