Batwoman Season 1 coming to DVD and Blu-ray in August 2020

Are you ready to relive all episodes of Batwoman Season 1? The release date is set for the Batwoman Season 1 DVD and Blu-ray. Here’s all you need to know.

Hands up if you can’t wait to rewatch the entire first season of Batwoman? You’re not alone, and there isn’t long to wait. The Batwoman Season 1 DVD and Blu-ray release date has been set for August.

Both the DVD and Blu-ray versions will be available from Aug. 18, 2020. You can get all 20 episodes of the first season, along with a selection of bonus material. If you only want the Batwoman Season 1 DVD but want to get the other episodes of the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover, you’re going to need the Blu-ray disc. This is the only copy that will include all five episodes of the epic crossover.

If you just can’t wait for the DVD release, you can already own the entire season on Digital. The episodes are available on Amazon Video, and you can grab the individual episodes of the crossover through the other shows (or the entire seasons if you want). It is worth noting that a Digital code is available with the Blu-ray copy in the U.S.

As part of the bonus features available on both the DVD and Blu-ray copies, you’ll get access to the gag reel, deleted scenes, and the 2019 SDCC panel. You’ll also get to enjoy a trip behind the scenes of the series to see how elements were filmed.

There are only 20 episodes, although 22 were initially planned. This is purely due to production shutdown because of the coronavirus. The two episodes will likely be used for Batwoman Season 2, which has been confirmed.
