Robbie Amell stars in Upload as a man who dies and goes to digital heaven. What time can you stream Upload on Amazon Prime Video?
What would digital heaven be like? That’s something Robbie Amell shows us on Upload, Amazon’s newest dramedy that you have to check out. What time can you start streaming Upload on Amazon Prime Video?
There isn’t much longer to wait. While the official listings say May 1, there’s some great news for those in North America. Upload is a global original, so it will drop at midnight GMT on Friday, May 1. That usually means a slightly earlier drop for those of us in timezones behind the UK. It’s possible that the series will be available at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT on Thursday, April 30.

Now the early drops aren’t guaranteed. Sometimes, they come in a little later and sometimes not until midnight in your local timezone. So, by midnight on Friday, you will be able to watch all eight episodes of the Greg Daniels dramedy.
And it is a dramedy. While the trailer makes it look more of a comedy, there is a drama element. The big question is who killed Robbie Amell’s character, Nathan. That’s something for him to figure out, but it’s not easy when he doesn’t have all of his memories. He needs the help of his Angel, Andy Allo’s Nora.
I can say that this is a fun ride with a lot of cool quirks. With it being a digital afterlife, there are some glitches in the code. There’s an element of technology that we can all appreciate, and if you have a background in coding, there are elements you’ll appreciate even more.
