IT: Chapter 2 and everything coming to HBO in April 2020

HBO has a way to keep you entertained throughout April 2020, whether you love horror or comedy. Here’s everything arriving to HBO Now in April.

While we’re on lockdown, there’s a strong chance that you’re hoping streaming services will keep you entertained. HBO has released its listings for April 2020, and you will certainly not be disappointed.

IT: Chapter 2 is one of the biggest releases of the month. Yes, it is a followup to the first movie, and this one sees the kids all grown up. Pennywise is back and the adults will need to figure out how to take him down once and for all.

For those who love Die Hard, you’ll be happy to hear that all three movies will be on the service. Yeah, there’s more than three but in this house, we only count the first three as being worthy of watching. It may not be Christmas (yes, Die Hard is a Christmas movie) but it’s going to feel like it for many with all the stores shut. So, make the most of it with Bruce Willis.

If you love comedy, you’ll want to check out the new HBO Original, Run. Fleabag‘s Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Vicky Jones have got together again for this comedy, which sees two friends who make good on a pact to abandon their lives. All they want is something better, but is the grass greener on the other side?

When it comes to the movies and shows leaving, it’s all about Mary Queen of Scots. If you haven’t checked out the Saoirse Ronan and Margot Robbie movie based on the titular, ill-fated Scottish queen, then you’ve got until the end of the month.
