Nun II is coming to Amazon Channels in time for Halloween 2023

Halloween is just around the corner. One movie that we didn’t expect to see hit a streaming service so soon was Nun II. This movie only hit theaters this fall, so we weren’t expecting to see a streaming release until closer to the end of the year at the earliest.

The movie follows Sister Irene as the evil Mother Superior spirit Valak returns. This time, we’re in 1956 France, and Maurice is now the one possessed. Can Sister Irene save the day this time? It is part of The Conjuring franchise, and there’s an interesting after-credits scene that you’ll want to check out.

When is Nun II coming to Max?

As a Warner Bros. movie, we know that Nun II would go to Max first. The good news is that means it’s available on Amazon Channels. Max is back as an Amazon Channels addition, so you’ll want to add it and get everything in one place.

When do you need Max by? You’ll be able to watch Nun II from Friday, Oct. 27. This is early but not too early. The movie has still had at least 50 days in theaters exclusively.

Max has been one to bring movies early since the pandemic. There has been a move to get back to the 90-day theatrical window, though. This movie is likely more in line with the timing of the release and Halloween just to make sure people have a way to watch the movie at home since the theatrical sales are slowing.
