Most sold Amazon books last week: The Outsider rejoins the list

The Outsider makes its way back on the list of most sold Amazon books between Jan. 19 and 25. Here’s a look at the complete list of books.

What were the most sold books on Amazon last week? Well, it shouldn’t be all that surprising that a novel that has been adapted into a TV show is on the list. Here’s a look at the 20 most sold Amazon books from Jan. 19 to 25.

The Outsider by Stephen King made it back on the list. Since turning into a thrilling HBO series, that’s not all that surprising. Fans of the series want to read the book again, or they want to check out the source material for the first time.

And the Stephen King novel isn’t the only book-to-screen adaptation to make its way back on the list. Little Fires Everywhere has made its way back on the list after the release of the exciting promo from Hulu. The Celeste Ng novel has been turned into a series for Hulu and is coming soon, so naturally, viewers want to check out the source material first.

The Witcher books remain on the list but two have dropped. That’s not all too surprising considering the books have been sold out for so long. They’re getting a reprint but the only versions are the audiobook or eBooks right now, which not everyone wants.

Meanwhile, Where the Crawdads Sing and The Last Wish hold the top spots, while Alex Michaelides’ The Silent Patient moves up another spot. There were also three new books added to the list this week.
