While one Witcher book moved down, another moved up. Also, a former top-selling book took over the top spot again on the list of most sold Amazon books.

The list of most sold Amazon books between Jan. 12 and 18 certainly saw plenty of movement. As one book in The Witcher series fell, another one got a healthy rise. Meanwhile, a book that held the top spot for a year made its way back to the top.

That top book of the week was Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens. Does this mean it’s back for another year or will something else knock it off? We’ll have to wait and see, but it shows just how popular this novel is for it to get back into the top spot.

The movement did mean The Last Wish was knocked from the top. However, it only lost a place, moving into second. Meanwhile, Blood of Elves moved up eight places on the list, getting into the Top 5.

In fact, the entire Top 10 of the list was full of positivity. In 10th place, Ann Napolitano’s Dear Edward joined the list for the first week.

The biggest loss was Little Women by Louisa May Alcott. While it remains steady on the list of most read Amazon books last week, it dropped 11 places into 17th place on the most sold list. There’s a chance that it will lose all positioning this week.

It wasn’t the only big loss, just the biggest. Such a Fun Age by Kiley Reid and Regretting You by Colleen Hoover dropped nine and eight spots respectively.

Well, technically, The Martian lost the most places. It went from third to nowhere on the list this week, but it’s hard to track just where it is in the total rankings as Amazon only releases the Top 20.

Dear Edward was the only new book on the list, but there were two reentries that are worth checking out. The Dressmaker’s Gift by Fiona Valpy and A Fire Sparkling by Julianne McClean took over the bottom spots on the list.
