20 most anticipated TV shows coming in 2020
20. Snowpiercer Season 1
It’s tricky to put this show on the list, because it may not actually arrive in 2020. There have been changes to the network it will air on (twice!) and very little in terms of promotion and news. While it was at NYCC 2019, we didn’t really get too much extra information about it.

However, with how long this has been in production, 2020 is likely. It is one of TV Time users’ most anticipated new shows of the year, but some are starting to lose interest with how long it’s taking to come to our screens.

19. Briarpatch Season 1
Ready for a new TV crime drama? That’s what you’ll get with Briarpatch Season 1. The series follows Allegra Dill, an investigator who goes back home to search for her sister’s killer. However, it soon turns into a fight against corruption in the town, and she is willing to bring it to the ground.
Based on Ross Thomas’ novel of the same name, this USA Network series is set to be an anthology series. That means we’ll get a resolution for the mystery by the end, before moving into a whole new storyline if the show is picked up for a second season.
