Costume Quest, Happy Death Day 2U, and more to watch this weekend, Oct. 11

Season 1B of Amazon Original, Costume Quest, hits the streaming service this weekend along with some big-name movies for adults!
Amazon has new content for parents and kids to enjoy this weekend. If your child is a fan of Costume Quest, or maybe you are, then get ready to binge-watch a new crop of episodes when Season 1B is released by midnight tonight!
Additionally, new blockbuster movies like Midsommar, Toy Story 4, Spider-Man: Far From Home, and Annabelle Comes Home are all available to rent or purchase right now on Amazon Video. That’s a nice diverse offering including horror movies if you’re attempting to jumpstart your Halloween spirit or a couple of movies the whole family can enjoy together.
If you’re an Amazon Original junkie, now is also the perfect time to make sure you’re all caught up on the Billy Bob Thornton-led series, Goliath. The third season arrived on Amazon Prime Video last week.

Costume Quest: Season 1B
Costume Quest is the perfect show to plop your kids down in front of this weekend. Not only is it genuinely funny and full of stunning animation but it fits the Halloween theme.
The series follows a group of friends that have to keep Auburn Hollow safe from monsters that lurk during the annual trick-or-treating session. Their costumes will aid them in the fight by giving them magical powers unlocked through imagination.
Happy Death Day 2U (2019)

Tree Gelbman is finally getting her life back on track after her disastrous birthday in which she was stuck in a time loop chased by a masked serial killer. But history has a funny way of repeating itself. In this sequel film, Tree once again finds herself transported into a parallel universe.
This time she discovers it may be due to her boyfriend’s roommate messing with time. The new universe makes dramatic changes to everything in Tree’s life but once again, she finds that someone may be out to kill her.
