There were many storylines happening at the same time in the first season. While some of them crossed paths, such as the person murdering the humans and the fae crossing over with Philo’s secret, there were others that seemed to have nothing to do with the main storyline. However, we certainly have some big questions involving all.
Rather than get overwhelmed with all the individual questions, I’m breaking down the most important ones from the final moments of the Season 1 finale. Here are the five burning questions I have for Carnival Row Season 2.
5. How will Ezra get his revenge?
There are many characters to focus on, but the first kind of has a story of his own. His only connection to the main storyline was the fact that it was his ship that brought Vignette over. From there, he became connected to Imogen and Agreus’ storyline.
At the end of the season, Ezra learned that his sister was in love with a puck. Angry at the situaton, he attacked Agreus and it led to Ezra being injured. There was nothing that Agreus could do but run, with Imogen leaving with him.
Ezra is now left with a wounded pride and his sister gone. He’ll want revenge, but how would he go about that? Will he claim that Agreus kidnapped his sister and took her away? That would certainly be a consideration with the current political climate within The Burgue. It’s not like he’s going to tell the whole truth, is he?
