The ninth season of Hawaii Five-0 will swim to shore this September with the DVD becoming available just in time for the 10th season!

Steve and Danny return for another wild adventure in the ninth season of the CBS reboot series, Hawaii Five-0. This season contained a special landmark for the series as it hit its 200th episode.

The season begins with Five-0 investigating the murder of one of McGarrett’s old CIA friends. They suspect there could be a mole in the intelligence agency and McGarrett allows himself to be captured to try and seek them out.

Along with Alex O’Loughlin and Scott Caan, this season also stars Ian Anthony Dale, Meaghan Rath, Jorge Garcia, Beulah Koale, Taylor Wily, Dennis Chun, Kimee Balmilero, and Chi McBridge. If you’re looking to add the ninth season to your DVD collection you can currently pre-order the DVD on Amazon.

It will be released on Sept. 10, 2019. Right now the DVD will cost you $38.47. I strongly recommend you pre-order now if you can because there is a good chance that the price could fluctuate between now and September. If you have the Prime Price guarantee, you’ll be locked into the lowest price possible and not have to worry if you see that number creep upwards.

Currently, there is no word on whether or not this season will ever be available on Blu-ray or Amazon Video. Because CBS has their own streaming service, odds are you won’t be able to purchase it digitally from Amazon anytime soon.

However, you can also watch the complete series with CBS All Access through Amazon Prime Video Channels, if you’re inclined. Right now there is a special offer to get the add-on for $2.99/month for 3 months, typically it costs $5.99 a month.
