Get magical with Charmed Season 1 when it comes to DVD in October

Break out your grimoires and cauldrons, Season 1 of The CW’s Charmed is coming to DVD this October! Pre-order your copy now on Amazon.
The CW recently retooled the fantasy series about witches known as Charmed. The rebooted series debuted last fall and stars Melonie Diaz, Madeleine Mantock, and Sarah Jeffrey as the new witchtastic Charmed Ones.
Charmed is set in the town of Hilltowne, Michigan. The series begins with Mel (Diaz) and Maggie (Jeffrey) living with their mother, Marisol. But soon after, tragedy strikes and Marisol falls to her death. While Mel and Maggie are still coping with her death, their new half-sister, Macy (Mantock) shows up.

With all three sisters together for the first time, they begin to experience new magical powers and together they must team up to defend themselves and the world from forces of evil. If you loved the first season, you’ll be happy to know you can officially pre-order it on DVD from Amazon.
It will be shipped to you on Oct. 1, 2019. The season is already available to purchase digitally through Amazon Video.
Currently, there are no plans to release the season on Blu-ray. We also don’t have any information on what special features, if any, will be included. However, going off of previous CW DVD sets, I would anticipate a couple of deleted scenes and maybe a gag reel if we’re lucky!
Charmed has been renewed for a second season which will premiere on Oct. 11, 2019. We don’t know much about the sophomore outing but TVLine has indicated we might see someone else related to Alastair show up in Hilltowne. You can also expect to meet a new witch named Kat and a boxing instructor who may become a new love interest for one of the sisters.
