American Horror Story: Apocalypse coming to DVD in September 2019

The eighth season of American Horror Story combined two popular seasons of the series, Coven and Murder House, and soon you can own it on DVD.
American Horror Story is the horror anthology on FX created by Ryan Murphy that just won’t quit. Now going on to its ninth season, it doesn’t appear an end is in sight for this grotesque television show.
The eighth season, Apocalypse, combined characters from the show’s third season, Coven, and its first season, Murder House, to contend against apocalyptic conditions. Series stars like Kathy Bates, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Emma Roberts, Cheyenne Jackson, Adina Porter, Billy Eichner, and more returned for the outing.

Critics were fans of this season of the show. Many cited it as an improvement over its predecessors, such as the much-maligned Cult.

The next season of American Horror Story will have a slasher focus and be titled 1984. It is set to premiere on FX September 18, 2019. Sadly, you won’t be able to binge your DVD before that but the entire eighth season is currently available for purchase through Amazon Video.
American Horror Story has also been renewed for a 10th season, set to premiere in 2020. No word yet on what the theme will be for next year.
