Comicstaan Season 2 coming to Amazon Prime Video in July 2019

One of the Amazon Originals arriving to hails from India. Comicstaan Season 2 is released on Amazon Prime Video in July 2019.

There are six Amazon Prime Originals during July. One of those is Comicstaan Season 2, the hilarious unscripted series from India.

This is one of the releases for the middle of the month. Get July 12 in your diary to make sure you don’t miss out.

For those who are still to watch the first season, it was released last July. With nine episodes, comics from all over India competed to become the best comic of the competition. All were mentored by the best comedians the country has to offer, which is likely to be the same setup for the second season.

Zakir Kahn is on the panel this season, and he released a first look at the coming episodes. It promises to be larger and bigger than the previous season. Maybe funnier? As long as it’s just as funny at the very least, I’m sure it will be something fun to watch during the summer months.

The best thing is all episodes will be released at the same time. You’ll have the choice over whether to watch it all in one go — and see who wins — or work your way through the episodes when you need something to entertain you. One thing I love about stand-up comedy is the ability to put it on at the end of a hard week and just laugh.

Of course, watching Comicstaan Season 2 in full as soon as it’s released will be the best thing for the show. You tell Amazon that you want more.
