Today, we’re cheating with the 50 best movies on Amazon Prime Video. We’re adding eight movies to the list in one. The Friday the 13th franchise is now on the list of best movies.

Friday the 13th is one of the classic horror movies. It was only a matter of time it would be added to Amazon Prime Video as part of your streaming membership. Eight movies from the franchise have been added and now all seven are part of the 50 best movies on Prime Video.

This is certainly a franchise that deserves to be on the list. When it comes to horror movies, the original Friday the 13th is a cult classic. And the following two movies are excellent additions. Later ones do get a little (and sometimes a lot) questionable but they’re worth the watch to see Jason Voorhees in action. He is one of the horror villains you’ll think of when it comes to 80s horror classics — along with Freddy Krueger and Michael Myers.

The eight movies are all those from the 1980s. The TV series and the later movies from the 90s and beyond aren’t available for free, but you can get them and the 2009 reboot through Amazon Video if you want to continue the collection of horrors.
