Dumbo coming to DVD and Blu-Ray in June 2019

Dumbo is flying home to DVD, Blu-Ray, and Amazon Video this June and we have all the details of when and how you can pre-order the film right here!

Everyone is focused on Disney’s latest live-action flick, Aladdin, right now, but their previous live-action remake, Dumbo, is finally going to be available for purchase soon! Dumbo is one of the oldest Disney stories and the remake was an attempt for Tim Burton to re-tell the story in all its fantastical splendor.

If you’re a fan of the beloved flying circus elephant, then you only have a few more weeks to wait before you can bring the Tim Burton remake home to rewatch again and again! The film will be available to purchase on Amazon Video beginning June 25, 2019. The digital purchase will include bonus content too!

Unfortunately, we don’t know exactly when the DVD and Blu-Ray will come to Amazon. They are not currently available to preorder but the physical release date is the same as the digital one, June 25.

Disney may be restricting pre-orders so more people are likely to buy directly through their Disney Movie Club service instead. Most likely Dumbo will still release on DVD and Blu-Ray through Amazon on June 25, but it could be held for an extra day or two.

The good news is, if you prefer to own your movies digitally, you can go ahead and pre-order the Amazon Video version of Dumbo right now for $19.99!

Among the bonus features that will be included with the film are deleted scenes, several behind-the-scenes featurettes, a visual video performance by Arcade Fire, the anatomy of a scene, a feature about the film’s easter eggs, plus more!
