Danny has to go undercover as new “friend” Aidan Shaw in order to get a lead on Farouk on tonight’s episode of Blood and Treasure.
We’re back with feisty and criminally attractive cross-continent treasure hunters, Danny and Lexi on the third episode of the new CBS series, Blood and Treasure. If you’ll recall, when we last left off with this duo last week, they were trying to track down the international terrorist, Karim Farouk. He’s known for funding his horrific schemes with money he gets from selling stolen works of art.
His next agenda is to get his hands on Cleopatra’s tomb. Her sarcophagus has been missing for years as was recently discovered by an excavation team who uncovered Anthony but found Cleopatra seemingly vanished into thin air. It appears Farouk will receive a new clue as to her whereabouts on tonight’s new episode titled, “Code of the Hawaladar.”

To intersect Farouk before he can carry out his master plan, Danny and Lexi concoct a plan for Danny to go undercover as the arms dealer, Aidan Shaw. I’ve grown attached to the real Aidan Shaw already. The man we met last week offered some great comic relief, and he plays well against the main characters. Plus, at the moment, he is the only tangible connection anyone has to Farouk.
CBS released a sneak peek showing Danny and Lexi’s unorthodox methods of convincing Aidan to talk. Right now, he’s resilient to say anything about Farouk because it’s the only card he’s got to play.
In another episode sneak peek, we get to see Lexi beginning to bond with Father Chuck. She seeks his assistance in decoding some information, likely the code the episode is named after. We briefly met Chuck last week, and he is an old friend of Danny’s.
