When it comes to alien conspiracies, HISTORY has always been good at delivering them with style. Usually, it’s through Ancient Aliens, but it’s managed it with the scripted drama Project Blue Book. With the first season coming to an end soon, eyes are on when Project Blue Book Season1 is available on DVD and Blu-ray.

Project Blue Book has already been renewed for a second season. The HISTORY series stars Aiden Gillen and Michael Malarkey as Dr. J. Allen Hynek and Capt. Michael Quinn. Hynek is an under-appreciated, brilliant college professor of his time, recruited by the Air Force to head the new operation Project Blue Book. Capt. Michael Quinn joins him as they head out across the country to investigate the possible UFO sightings and use science to determine if they really are sightings or something a little easier to explain.
Of course, Hynek soon realizes that he’s not on just one simple missing. As the Cold War brews, he’s on a conspiracy to cover the truth of things that are really going on.
Whether you believe in aliens or you don’t, this is a series for you. The acting and writing are on point and the tales have a good mixture of fact and fiction.
