The Hunt is on the way to Amazon Prime Video and will star Al Pacino

Amazon Prime Video is extending its original content with The Hunt, a series starring Al Pacino as a Nazi hunter in New York City.

More original content is on the way to Amazon Prime Video very soon. This time it’s another series involving Nazis but it’s nothing like the highly popular Prime Original series The Man in the High Castle. This series involves Nazi hunters, Al Pacino, and is called The Hunt.

While The Man in the High Castle is an alternate world series where the Nazis won the war, The Hunt and about a group of Nazi hunters living in New York City in the late 70s. They’re a diverse group of hunters called “The Hunters.”

The Hunters have learned about high ranking Nazi officials living in New York City among them who are determined to create Fourth Reich in the United States. The Hunters make it their mission to stop this group of Nazis from implementing their plan and ultimately bring them to justice for the crimes they have committed, both in the United States and during the Second World War.

The series will be produced by Jordan Peele (yes, the legend behind Get Out) and, according to GQ, Al Pacino will star as one of the Nazi hunters. Also set to star in the series is Logan Lerman, who is known for his work in Magic Mike and Percy Jackson.

Very little other than that is known about The Hunt. We don’t have an exact release date, but it will likely be sometime next year. However, stay tuned with Amazon Adviser for all the latest information about the upcoming Al Pacino series.
