Will Fuller House Season 4 come to DVD and Blu-ray?
Fuller House Season 4 has just dropped on Netflix. Is this going to be available on DVD and Blu-ray?
While Fuller House is a Netflix Original, it has made its way to DVD and Blu-ray in the past. Unlike Amazon, it brings some of its biggest shows to DVD and Blu-ray, so you can own them at home without a Netflix subscription. With Fuller House Season 4 available, will this be available on DVD and Blu-ray?
Right now, it’s not possible to say a direct “yes” or “no.” However, based on previous seasons, it’s possible to say “more than likely.” Fuller House Seasons 1 and 2 are currently available and Season 3 will be available on Jan. 22, 2019. It seems odd that the streaming giant wouldn’t put the fourth season out there.

When will that happen? We’re looking at the end of this year for the fourth season at the earliest. Season 2 was released in December 2017, coinciding with the release date of Season 3 on Netflix. This third season DVD comes just after the Season 4 release date on Netflix.
What doesn’t make things easy to predict the release date is that Netflix hasn’t decided the fate of the revival series. It’s possible that there won’t be a fifth season, which throws a spanner into the works for the DVD release date.

I know what many are asking, though. Why would Netflix put out its Originals on DVD and Blu-ray? Not all make it to the discs. This is mostly reserved for the bigger Originals, those that have a major following.
Amazon likely won’t follow suit, except for in special circumstances such as like the Amazon Studios movies. Amazon wants to keep its Prime Video platform special, offering exclusive content for people signing up. Netflix has a lot of extra exclusive content compared to Amazon, so gets away with putting some of the bigger Originals on DVD and Blu-ray.
