The Grand Tour Season 3 gets trailer and release date: Just as good as ever!

After months of silence, The Grand Tour Season 3 finally has a trailer. Oh, and a release date! January is going to be goooood!

The Grand Tour has been a little silent in recent months. Clearly, everyone was getting ready for the big reveal of the Season 3 trailer and release date. The trio are back and just as good as (if not better than) ever.

Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May make their way back to Amazon Prime with new episodes in the New Year. Mark Jan. 18. 2019 in your diary for the full season to drop, so you can binge to your heart’s content.

The trailer that’s been released gives us a look at what to expect. As in the previous two seasons, the trio are getting up to their usual daredevil antics. Competition is rife between them but they offer some of the best motor comedy within their hair-raising activities.

Back to traveling the world, we’ll see them cross rickety bridges (you can physically see Hammond shaking as he drives across), blow up helicopters (not sure that’s in the budget), and take on the streets of Scotland.

The Grand Tour Season 2 saw Richard Hammond’s car accident, where he was injured (and the butt of the joke) for the majority of the episodes. He’s not been in the news this season, so maybe he’s managed to keep things on the road and the rickety bridge. We can hope, right?

The Grand Tour Season 3 will see the three in the States, China, Mongolia, and Columbia. Oh, and they’re heading to London’s Stansted Airport. Throughout the series, their studio tent will remain in the Clarkson’s Cotswolds’ backyard. So, lots of back and forth, then? This is a chance from the first season that saw the tent travel with them.
