This season is the first in 9-10 years without April Kepner and Arizona Robbins. The two characters were written out at the end of the last season, both surviving against all odds for Grey‘s usually way of handling main character exits. Now it’s time to get to know the new interns more, focus on the core characters again, and say “happy return” to Kim Raver’s Teddy Altman.

Yes, you read that right. Teddy is back, Raver was promoted to series regular for Grey’s Anatomy Season 15, which isn’t surprising after that finale moment. Teddy is pregnant with Owen’s child and he doesn’t know a thing yet. We’re going to see the reveal in the premiere, which is exciting.

The 15th season is the season of love, which means a lot of hot moments in the bedroom. Meredith is certainly getting some action, as the trailer shows us she’s with DeLuca! However, he’s not going to be her new love; just a little bit of fun.

The season also brings in some new doctors. Nashville‘s Chris Carmack is joining as a recurring guest with the nickname “Ortho God.”

But, can you watch Grey’s Anatomy Season 15 on Amazon? The answer is yes! Season 15 will be available on Amazon the day after a new episode airs on ABC. The Season 15 two-hour premiere is on Sept. 27, so a new episode will be available on Sept. 28. You’ll get both episodes 1 and 2 on the service.

There is a catch. You can’t get these with your Amazon Prime membership alone. You’ll need to pay $2.99 for an episode or you can get the full season pass for $29.99. There are likely to be 24 episodes to the season as usual, so the season pass is definitely going to be good value for money.

With the season pass, each new episode is made instantly available once it’s on Prime Video. Otherwise, you’ll have to go through the process of purchasing each episode the day after it drops on the service.
