Where are The Boys being taken after the end of Season 4?

Just when you think there is a sense of hope, everything changes. The Boys Season 4 ended with a major cliffhanger, putting the lives of our heroes at risk.

The finale saw Hughie taken after a car accident, MM captured in the bathroom of an airport, and Frenchie told something by a Gen V character and step into the back of a van. Kimiko was being held back, while Starlight was able to fly away.

What does this mean for the group? Where are The Boys being taken, and is there any hope of them being saved?

Has Kimiko been taken as well in The Boys Season 4?

What is interesting is that Kimiko was held back. She wasn’t put in the van with Frenchie, which could suggest that Vought isn’t after the Supes. They want the three men without Compound V in their system.

It’s hard to say, though. It’s possible that Kimiko needed to be taken by a different group of people considering the fact that she has Compound V in her system. She can’t be killed, which means she needs to be handled in a very different way or she would have escaped from the van Frenchie was put in.

Starlight managed to get away with her powers. She clearly thought that she was going to be taken as well, although nobody tried to grab her. Hughie nodded for her to go. After all, with her out, there is hope that they can be saved.

Will Starlight turn to A-Train and others for help?

Starlight seems to be the only hope for The Boys. They’re sure to be taken to some sort of underground bunker that Vought has. Is it possible that they’ll be taken to the same place the Gen V characters ended up in at the end of their first season? This could mean we find out what’s going on during Gen V Season 2 rather than having to wait until The Boys Season 5.

Starlight doesn’t have many people to turn to for help. The best option would be A-Train, who is in the wind at the moment. He took out his chip and ran away after being outed as the mole. It doesn’t feel like his redemption arc is over, though. Starlight could turn to him for help to save the group of vigilantes.

Another option is that she turns to Butcher. He is a dangerous man now that he’s taken control of his superpower. He has killed Neuman, putting a more dangerous president in power. Vought has full control, so Starlight won’t want to turn to Butcher and Butcher probably won’t want to help.

Starlight will need to figure something out, though. There’s only so much that she can do on her own.
