As we said goodbye to another month of the year, there was a tiny amount of movement on the list of most sold Amazon books.

While there wasn’t that much in the way of movement, there was at least a new addition during the week. Nora Roberts’s latest novel Legacy entered the list for the first time.

The book got a decent start, entering within the Top 15. Will it move up the list during the week? Roberts’s books tend to mostly enter quite well but drop off relatively quickly.

There was also a reentry during the week. Dune by Frank Herbert made its way to the list. Due to the upcoming movie, the book is going to be on and off the list until the movie’s release as those looking forward to the movie get ready for it.

Harry Potter books on the move

The Top 5 almost stayed the same. The only change was some of the Harry Potter books moving down. The Four Winds by Kristin Hannah gained three places to get into fifth place during the week.

The Last Thing He Told Me by Laura Dave gained four places, getting into sixth place. It did mean a few Harry Potter books dropping down the list with Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets losing three places and dropping out of the Top 10.

Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens and The Vanishing Half by Brit Bennett are the last notable mentions for the week. Both are reentries after spending some time off the list, with The Vanishing Half reentering just outside the Top 15.

All this movement did mean a few books left the list, including Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo and just as Season 2 is confirmed at Netflix.
