The Dictator and more are coming to Amazon Prime Video this weekend

The weekends are usually quiet on Amazon Prime Video. This is the time to catch up on what dropped in the week. That’s not the case between Nov. 14 and 15.

There are certainly plenty of TV shows and movies to watch from the weekend. Alex RiderAmerican Horror Story: 1984, and more dropped throughout the week. However, you may not have time to stream if you want to check out the new content.

Everything coming to Amazon Prime Video this weekend

The Dictator is one of the first titles to drop. Sasha Baron Cohen is back doing what he does best: parodies.

During this movie, he stars as a dictator leader of a fictional country. When one of his top advisers arranges for him to be switched out with a lookalike, the dictator needs to find people in the United States who will help him get back in his “rightful” place.

Scrubs Seasons 1 to 9 will also drop on Nov. 14. You can look back at where it all started and see how it ended once more. Season 9 is the med school season, so if you just want to stop with JD, Turk, and others, then you’ll want to stop at Season 8.

There are two movies dropping on Nov. 15, and both are Christmas movies. If you’re not in the holiday spirit yet, that’s understandable. At least they’re ready for you when you do get into it. Probably after Thanksgiving?

The two Christmas movies are 12 Pups of Christmas and Christmas Crush.

What about Amazon Channels?

You may be looking at Amazon Prime Video Channels for some extra content this weekend. Most of the STARZ releases happened through the week, but there is a new episode of The Spanish Princess on Nov. 15.

HBO is where it’s at. Dolittle drops on Nov. 14. This is the 2020 movie with Robert Downey Jr. in the titular role, and it’s absolutely excellent for kids. The Undoing continues on Sunday night.

What to look forward to on Prime
