During the previous episode, we have a Tic-focused episode. Well, we actually had a Ji-ah-focused episode. This was a chance to explain what happened to Tic during the Korean war, but it was all through the tale of the kumiho connecting back to the phonecall Tic made at the end of Episode 5.
Episode 5 was mostly about Ruby. We’ve also had episodes that have focused on Leti and got part of an episode on Montrose. Now it’s time for another character. It’s all about Hippolyta.

Something that is important to note is that the episode isn’t just about Hippolyta. It’s about the orrery. Well, the orrery plays an important role in Hippolyta’s journey during the episode.

You’ll remember that Christina was looking for Hiram’s orrery at the Winthrop house. Leti wouldn’t even look for it, but it wouldn’t have mattered. Hippolyta had found it during the house party, and now it looks like she’s taken it to her place.
The orrery is the key to the time machine, apparently. This may be how we get the look of different timelines during the promo. We get a chance to see Hippolyta in different time periods, although it’s not clear if its her or she’s just jumping into the lives of others. However, it certainly looks like an episode where she figures out who she is.
This could also help her figure out the truth. So far, Tic, Leti, and Montrose have kept the truth about George’s death from her, but she has to find out eventually, right?
