After all, it would have usually been out of reach financially, and the white folk in the area don’t want Black people living there. Why does Christina want Leti living there?

There is something in the basement. It’s likely that Christina’s plans are linked to that. Could one of her guard dogs live under there or is there some other supernatural creature everyone needs to worry about?
It looks like it might be something to do with some missing text that maybe only Tic can find because of his blood through his mother’s lineage. He’s not heading off to Boston alone in search for the text. Leti and Montrose will join them.
Hippolyta and her daughter Diana will also join the group on a road trip. Is this how they will learn what really happened to George while at the Braithwaite house? They have to figure out the truth eventually, right?
This trip should open up a conversation between Leti and Tic. He’s planning to go back to Florida now that he’s found his missing father. However, Leti may want something different, especially after losing her virginity to him.
