What’s available to stream on Amazon Prime Video this weekend?
Are you ready for a long weekend of relaxing? It’s Labor Day Weekend, which means you have time to stream all the new offerings on Amazon Prime Video.
There’s a little bit of bad news. There’s absolutely nothing new joining the streaming service this weekend. However, there was plenty of content added during the week due to the first-of-the-month drop.
In fact, more than 100 new titles have joined Amazon Prime Video this week. There are plenty of movies that you’ve either not seen or you need to watch again.
The Boys Season 2
Of course, there’s a big release from today to watch throughout the weekend. The first three episodes of The Boys Season 2 are now available. You’ll also be able to watch a new episode of Prime Rewind: Inside The Boys.

Dino Dana The Movie
For those with children, you’ll want to turn your attention to Dino Dana The Movie. It’s a follow-on from the Amazon Prime Kids series Dino Dana. When Dana’s eight-year-old neighbor finds out dinosaurs exist and is dino-napped by a T-Rex, Dana, her sister, and her neighbor’s brother need to go and save him.
It’s a fun movie for the younger children in the family. Grab some popcorn and enjoy.
Amazon Channels have you covered
The good news is that while Amazon Prime Video isn’t adding new content, there’s some new content on Amazon Channels subscriptions. The big ones are always HBO and STARZ, which have new movies and TV shows joining.
HBO has the release of Spies in Disguise on Saturday night. I know what your family movie is going to be!
Meanwhile, STARZ brings the premiere of its Power spin-off. Power Book II: Ghost airs on Sunday at 9/8c. There’s also a new episode of P-Valley in the hour slot before.
