Midnight Sun holds the top of the most read Amazon books of the week

Some weeks, the list of most read Amazon books of the week will have a lot of change. Then there are other weeks like last week where there’s very little change at all.

For the most part, the Top 20 remained the same. The list changed by books moving between themselves, starting with the Top 5. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows dropped a place, allowing Where the Crawdads Sing to move back up a spot. Midnight Sun did hold onto the top spot, with three Harry Potter books holding the rest of the Top 5.

The next movement was from 11th place onward. The Vanishing Half by Brit Bennet moved up a spot, with American Dirt by Jeanine Cummins dropping a place.

Critical Mass saw the largest jump up on the list, gaining two places to get into 13th place. The Sandman, the other Audible Original book on the list, gained one place.

With The Last of the Moon Girls holding steady, you’ll wonder where The Order by Daniel Silva is. That book lost three places, seeing the largest drop of the week.

The rest of the Top 20 was the same, but is that the way the list will remain this week? As a sneak peek of the most sold list, there were just two new books on the list, and one of those is an old kid’s book finally making it on the list. There may not be too much movement.
