Despite being a Netflix Original, Narcos: Mexico is getting a DVD release date. And it’s just in time with The Last Narc coming to Amazon Prime Video at the end of the week. This series takes the story of Mexico, following the rise of Felix Gallardo in the1980s.
We get a look at the world the DEA often found itself forced to fight. However, the DEA was fighting a war that was lost years earlier. Throughout Narcos: Mexico, fans watch as one DEA agent and his family go after drug kingpins in the area, but will he make it out alive?
4. The Photograph
If you need something a little lighter, The Photograph is the movie to buy. Already on Digital, the movie is coming to DVD and Blu-ray, and is certainly worth the purchase.
It follows a woman who finds a photograph after the death of her mother. She realizes that she didn’t know her mom all that well after all, but the photograph may help to uncover a few truths and help this woman heal.
3. Lucifer Season 4
Need something campy and fun? Lucifer is the show for you. After being saved by Netflix, fans got to see how Chloe would react to learning the truth about our devilish private detective. Now it’s time to relive it all on DVD and Blu-ray.
The fourth season sees the arrival of Eve—yes, the Eve—and focuses on Chloe’s actions after finding out that Lucifer Morningstar really is the devil. Then there are the demons that come to Earth looking for their king.
2. Birds of Prey
For those who enjoyed Margot Robbie’s portrayal of Harley Quinn, Birds of Prey is a must. The movie follows Harley’s breakup from the Joker, but it leads to a bounty being put on her head. She decides to gather a group of powerful women to protect herself and take down the men after her.
It’s a fun DC movie. Like Suicide Squad, this isn’t a movie for younger kids, but it can be great to watch with teens.
1. Shameless Season 10
Finally, it’s all about Shameless Season 10. This is the first season without Emmy Rossum and the show certainly feels it, but the cast manage to carry the story without her. It’s fun to see Debbie step up to become the matriarch of the house with Fiona’s exit.
The DVD is packed with extras, including deleted scenes. Look out on Amazon Adviser tomorrow as we bring an exclusive of one of the deleted scenes.
