March 24 sees the release of some exciting movies and TV shows on DVD and Blu-ray. Here are the top three releases to consider.

While many areas are closing down, movies are still available to purchase online or through some stores like Wal-Mart. You’ll likely want them to watch with family at home. Here are the top three DVD and Blu-ray releases to consider this week.

It’s not going to be as easy as normal to buy your DVD and Blu-rays. You will be able to order through Amazon, but there’s no guarantee the movies will be delivered with Amazon focusing on essential items being delivered. Regardless, you want an idea of what you can get this week.

Treadstone Season 1

When it comes to TV shows, Treadstone is one that you want to get on DVD and Blu-ray right now. By the way, if you’re in Canada, you can stream all this on Prime Video for free.

Based on the Bourne movies, Treadstone gives us a look at other sleeper agents around the world. It’s a focus on the government conspiracy and coverups, with a look at the start of the black ops program, Operation Treadstone. If you loved the movies, you’ll enjoy the USA series.

Clemency

A relatively quiet theatrical release, Clemency is a movie you need to watch. You’ll be able to get it on DVD and Blu-ray this week. Warden Bernadine Williams has spent years carrying out the death row executions ordered. However, those excutions are taking their toll on her.

As she faces the demons her job has created, she needs to prepare for another execution. Will she be able to do the job that needs to be done?

1917

You’ll have heard a lot about the events that happened during the world wars. 1917 focuses on one mission. It will have a feel of Saving Private Ryan in the sense that one of the people sent on the mission is also trying to save his brother. However, there’s a much bigger issue.

The men sent on the mission need to prevent their own troops going into battle. If the troops do go into battle, they will all be lost. Can the mission go ahead without a hitch?
