Vin Diesel and Sam Heughan lead the cast of Bloodshot, a new comic book film with a revenge plot at its center. Will it ever stream on Amazon Prime Video?
Bloodshot is a new film based on the Valiant Comics character of the same name. Vin Diesel stars a man killed-in-action, along with his wife, but then he is brought back to life by using biotechnology.
He makes it his mission to get revenge on the man who killed him and his wife, but in the process, he discovers a devastating conspiracy that threatens to alter everything he thought he knew. Aside from Diesel, the film also stars Outlander hunk Sam Heughan, Eiza González, Toby Kebbell, and Guy Pearce.
Sadly, due to the current pandemic, Bloodshot is underperforming at the box office and critics didn’t love the film. That said, many people are still interested in watching it when they get the chance. Will Bloodshot eventually be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video?
Unfortunately, Bloodshot is a Columbia Pictures movie and that means it will probably only stream on Starz, as was the case with previous movies like Men in Black: International, Spider-Man: Far From Home, and Miss Bala. The good news is, with Amazon Video Channels, you can sign-up for Starz from your Amazon Prime account and watch everything the cable provider has to offer.
As for when it will show up on Starz, Spider-Man: Far From Home took about six months to arrive on the streaming service which means Bloodshot will probably show up around September.
It is possible that the film could get an earlier release, we’re in uncharted waters with the entertainment industry due to the COVID-19 outbreak, but we can’t count on that being the case.
