When will The Invisible Man be available on Amazon Video, DVD, and Blu-ray?

Elisabeth Moss leads the cast of The Invisible Man, a reimagining of the classic story. When can you buy it on Amazon Video, DVD and Blu-ray?

The Invisible Man is Universal Pictures’s latest attempt at creating a Dark Universe that brings many of the classic Hollywood monsters to life. While their previous attempts have been failures, critically and at the box office — The Invisible Man is receiving rave reviews from critics and audiences.

Cecilia (Moss) is tormented by her abusive ex-boyfriend Adrian after his supposed death. No one believes her claims that he is continuing to haunt her as an invisible entity. As Adrian continues to infect her life, Cecilia becomes isolated from her friend and family and desperate to prove that she’s not going crazy.

If you’re interested in purchasing the film on DVD, Blu-ray, or Amazon Video, you might be wondering how long you’ll have to wait to buy it. As a Universal Pictures movie, you can anticipate a three-month waiting period, as was the case with previous movies from the company like 1917, Dolittle, and The Turning.

The Invisible Man should be released on DVD and Blu-ray by the end of May. For those who prefer to buy their movies digitally, you won’t have to wait quite as long. Universal Pictures usually release their films to digital retailers exactly two weeks ahead of the physical release date.

For those who are excited to own the film, you can currently pre-order the digital version on Amazon Video. The physical copies are not yet available to pre-order.
