When is The Call of the Wild on Amazon Video, DVD, and Blu-ray?

If you love movies that involve animals, The Call of the Wild is going to be the latest movie on your list to watch. It’s out in theaters now, but you may want to watch it from the comfort of your home. When will The Call of the Wild come to Amazon Video, DVD, and Blu-ray?

The release date isn’t confirmed just yet. However, we can look at other 20th Century Fox movies to get an idea of when we can expect the release. For this, we’ll look at the 2019 movies Ford v Ferrari and Dark Phoenix.

Both movies took three months to head to DVD and Blu-ray. With that in mind, we’re looking at likely either May 19 or May 26 for The Call of the Wild‘s release. There’s no reason for the studio to hold back on the release, even if it performs exceedingly well at the Box Office.

As for the release on Digital, we’re looking at two weeks ahead of the DVD and Blu-ray release. With that in mind, we could see The Call of the Wild on Amazon Video as early as May 5. However, it could also be May 12.

Starring Harrison Ford, the movie is based on the novel of the same name writting in 1903. It’s a heartfelt book about a dog named Buck who is suddenly taken from his California home and transported to the Alaskan Yukon wilderness. He ends up being the rookie on a mail-delivery dog sled team, where he finds his true place in the world on an adventure he never thought possible.

Critics praise the movie, although don’t like the CGI involved. Rotten Tomatoes gives it a 70% approval score at the time of writing this.
