American Dirt kept hold of the top spot on the list of most sold Amazon books last week, while three new books entered. Here’s the full list from Feb. 2-8.

It’s a new week, which means we’re looking back at the most sold Amazon books during the previous week. Between Feb. 2 and 8, there wasn’t much movement on the list, especially when it came to the top spots, but there were three news books that joined the list.

American Dirt by Jeanine Cummins kept hold of the top spot on the list. Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens also kept second place. The Giver of Stars and The Last Wish switched placed, but still remained in the Top 5.

There was one notable change in the top 10 of the list. When We Believed in Mermaids by Barabara O’Neal rejoined the list in seventh place. This certainly links well to the list of most read books of the week, where the same book rejoined the list.

A Minute to Midnight by David Baldacci also rejoined the list, sitting in 11th place. Following that came two relatively big movers for the week, with When I Was You by Minka Kent and Harry Potter‘s first book by J.K. Rowling jumping up seven and five places respectively.

The biggest mover down was Dean Koontz’s In the Heart of the Fire. After a big climb last week, it lost eight places this week. The Guardians by John Grisham also lost five places this week.

As for the new books, they all joined at the bottom of the list. A Favor for a FavorWhen You See Me, and Protecting What’s Mine joined the list. It will be interesting to see if they’re still there this week or if they move up or down the list.
