Curb Your Enthusiasm and more coming to HBO in January 2020

HBO is full of excellent content in January 2020. Curb Your Enthusiasm Season 10 and The Outsider Season 1 are just two shows to put on your list.

There’s a new season of Curb Your Enthusiasm heading our way in January 2020. It’s just one of the great pieces of content coming to HBO in the new year. Now is the time to look at the full list.

One of the most talked-about releases is The Outsider, which will premiere on HBO on Jan. 12. Starring Jason Bateman, this Stephen King novel adaptation is going to be a must-watch. It’s about a popular teacher who has been arrested on charges or rape, mutilation, and the murder of a young boy. The teacher, Terry Maitland, insists he’s innocent but the entire town turns against him.

It’s a look of just how quickly a town will turn against a person. Then there’s the fact that eyewitnesses and forensic evidence prove Maitland’s guilt. More is pulled into question when there is evidence that shows Maitland was out of town at the time of the crime. How could he be in two places at once? This is certainly an adaptation for the time and one you need to watch as it focuses more on human horror.

For those who have been waiting impatiently to see the third John Wick movie, there’s some great news. After being released on Amazon Prime Video Canada on Dec. 26, John Wick 3: Parabellum is on HBO in January.

And for the parents, there’s some good news for New Year’s Day. Madagascar 3 is streaming on the service. I know what most kids will be watching while parents deal with the clean up of New Year’s Eve parties.
