Will you be watching Frozen II whilst it is in theaters? Do you want to know if you can stream from Amazon Prime Video? Find out here.

Frozen II hit theaters this weekend and if you have watched it already you will know that the sequel gave Frozen another perfect story. Now for those who are desperately needing a DVD copy to entertain the younger ones, Frozen II will be available February 2020. But what about the movie coming to Amazon Prime Video for free?

Don’t expect Frozen II to be available on Amazon Prime Video, because it will unfortunately not be. Disney Plus was released this month and all Disney movies will be streaming on there now, and not any other streaming sites. You will, as usual, still be able to purchase and rent Frozen II digitally through Amazon Video.

Frozen II has broken box office records by making $358 million in the first three days of theater release, making it the first-ever animated movie to earn that much in the opening weekend. The sequel surpassed the original, with Frozen making $110.6 million on its opening weekend in 2013.

With Disney making a fair amount of sequels and live-action movies recently I was concerned for the Frozen sequel but I was surprised at how they kept it new and the songs fresh, if not even better than the original movie.

Following the first movie, it continues with sisters Elsa (Idina Menzel) and Anna (Kristen Bell) as Queen and Princess of their kingdom Arendelle respectively. Elsa needs to find out why she has her magical powers and a spirit is calling her closer. Elsa, Anna, and their friends Olaf (Josh Gad), Kristoph (Jonathan Groff), and Sven, set off on an important journey to the enchanted forest to find the truth about Elsa but end up finding out more than they first intended.

Frozen II is more ambitious than the original and has more to offer, including humor that isn’t just for young children. It also has better songs. Although “Let it Go” was a catchy song, “Into the Unknown” and “Show Yourself” prove to be better written and also have better production.
